Come learn how to make beautifully decorated cookies with me! You'll get step-by-step instructions, tutorial videos, hand-cutting templates, and a supply list. Whether you're an experienced cookier looking to brush up on a new technique or a beginner looking for the basics, virtual cookie classes are great for all skill levels.
Virtual classes are pre-recorded so that you can work at your own pace and based on your own schedule.
Beginner Classes: No experience necessary! We will go over the basics of outlining and flooding. You'll learn techniques such as wet-on-wet flooding, how to create dimension, and even how to make royal icing transfers!
Intermediate/Advanced Classes: You should have knowledge of outlining and flooding before taking these classes. We will dive into more advanced techniques such as painting on cookies, using different mediums and icing consistencies, piping florals, perfecting fine details, writing with projectors, airbrushing, and more!
Master Classes: These are best for cookiers who are looking to learn more about the cookie business. These classes are much longer and include 12+ different cookie designs.
The purpose of these classes is not only to learn to decorate cookies but also how to market them for holiday presales and pop-up shops. I provide printables and packaging suggestions so that the menu planning aspect of your presale is already done for you.
In-Person Classes: These classes are great for beginners. Seasonal-themed classes will be announced monthly. You'll get to take your cookies and a swag bag home with you! There will be at least 2 classes per month. I can accommodate up to 8 people. Pricing starts at $60 per person for a 2-hour class.

Private 1-on-1 Lessons: For those of you who would like individual attention, to be able to customize your class, or focus on a specific set of techniques, this class may be for you. All levels are welcome - beginner to advanced. The time I spend with you is individually tailored and built for your cookie needs. I supply all materials, tools, and cookies.
Pricing Starts at $100 per hour/minimum of 2 hours of instruction
