Luck of the Irish Cookie & Sip Class - Colonia, NJ -3/15/25 from 1:00pm-3:30pm

No experience necessary! We will go over the basics of outlining and flooding. You'll learn techniques such as creating dimension with icing, wet-on-wet flooding, different icing consistencies, painting on details, and more! 

This class is great for beginners and it's a great way to have some fun with your friends! 

We're going to go over every detail from start to finish. I like to take things slow and take time to explain every technique so that you'll leave having decorated a beautiful set of cookies all by yourself to bring home to your friends and family!

We will be creating 5 beautiful St. Patrick's Day-themed cookies. You will also receive a swag bag full of goodies and FREE copy of my Royal Icing Recipe and Consistencies Guide so that you can keep on practicing at home.

I will provide everything you need for the class - all you have to do is bring yourself!

This class will take place at Amici III Ristorante in Linden, NJ from 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm on Saturday, March 15, 2025. Parking will be available in the side lot. Feel free to arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in. 

If you plan to book with a group please leave me a note at checkout letting me know how everyone's names and how many people you'd like at your table so I can make arrangements to seat you all together.

I will provide complimentary snacks and water for the duration of the class as well.

Minors over 12 are more than welcome! They must be accompanied by an adult.
